1. Who we are. MiraiMind AI operates this website and the companion chat experience described on it. References to we, us and our mean MiraiMind AI.
2. Scope of this policy. This policy covers information handled through miraimind-ai.com and any MiraiMind AI page linked from it. It does not cover third-party websites you reach from our links.
3. Adults only. MiraiMind AI is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors and will delete such data if we discover it.
4. Account information. If you create an account we may store an email address, a display name and authentication data needed to keep the account secure.
5. Conversation content. Messages you exchange with a MiraiMind AI companion are stored so that the conversation can continue across sessions with the memory features described on the site.
6. Technical data. We may record device type, browser, approximate region, referring page and time of visit to keep the service stable and secure.
7. Cookies. We use cookies and similar storage for session handling, preferences and aggregate traffic measurement. You can clear or block them in your browser at any time.

24. Automated processing. Companion replies are generated automatically. This does not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
25. Third-party links. Links leaving MiraiMind AI lead to sites with their own policies. Please read them before sharing information there.
26. Do not track. Browsers send this signal inconsistently, so we do not currently respond to it. Cookie controls in your browser remain effective.
27. Public content. Anything you voluntarily post in a public area of the service may be visible to others. Treat such areas as non-private.
28. Payments. If paid features are offered, card details are handled by the payment processor. MiraiMind AI does not store full card numbers.
29. Marketing messages. We only send promotional email if you opt in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
30. Children's content. No part of MiraiMind AI is directed at children, and companions are written as adults exclusively.
31. Fictional characters. Companion profiles are invented. Data about them is not personal data about any real individual.
32. Policy updates. We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of the page indicates the current version.
33. Jurisdiction-specific rights. Residents of certain regions have additional statutory rights. We honour valid requests made under those laws.
34. Complaints. If you believe your rights were not respected you may complain to your local data protection authority.
